1. Services
Conduit Lead Solutions ("Conduit," "we," "our," or "us") provides pay-per-lead generation services to businesses operating in the United States, Mexico, and Canada. Our services include sourcing, qualifying, and delivering pre-qualified business leads directly to your designated platform (CRM, email, Slack, or similar).
Lead delivery timelines, volumes, and criteria are established upon onboarding. All delivery timeframes are estimates based on standard business days and exclude weekends and public holidays.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements on behalf of your business. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Lead Criteria & Quality
You are responsible for providing accurate target criteria (industry, location, demographics, company size, etc.) at the time of onboarding. Conduit will source and deliver leads matching your stated criteria. Any changes to criteria after onboarding may affect delivery timelines.
If a delivered lead materially fails to meet the agreed criteria, you may request a replacement lead in accordance with our Quality Replacement policy. Replacement requests must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery.
4. Payment Terms
Our services operate on a pay-per-lead model. Pricing, payment schedules, and volume commitments are outlined in your individual service agreement. There are no upfront setup fees unless otherwise specified in writing.
- Invoices are issued upon lead delivery per the terms of your agreement.
- Payment is due within the timeframe specified in your service agreement.
- Conduit reserves the right to pause service delivery for overdue accounts.
5. Free Trial Leads
Conduit may offer an initial batch of 50–100 free leads to new clients, subject to availability and mutual agreement. Free trial leads are provided at Conduit's discretion and are subject to the same quality standards as paid leads. Terms of the free trial, including volume and criteria, must be agreed upon before delivery.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your service at any time with written notice to your Conduit account representative. There are no lock-in contracts or long-term commitments unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of leads already delivered.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use leads delivered by Conduit solely for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, CASL, and any other applicable anti-spam, privacy, or marketing regulations. You must not:
- Sell, resell, or distribute delivered leads to third parties.
- Use leads for any unlawful, deceptive, or harassing purpose.
- Use leads in violation of any applicable privacy or data protection laws.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Conduit Lead Solutions and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conduit Lead Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Conduit in the one (1) month preceding the claim.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that lead delivery will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every lead will result in a business opportunity. Results vary based on criteria, industry, and market conditions.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States applicable to agreements made and performed entirely within the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction as agreed in your service agreement.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version of these Terms is always available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
